Forecast events encourage open dialogue, collaboration, and community engagement around topics related to public art.

Our regular events include:

  • OpenSpace/OpenBar: This quarterly event is open to anyone in the community to participate in conversations in response to key questions facing the field of public art. At each event we explore a new question and invite participants to expand our thinking. We welcome artists, administrators, architects, city planners, landscape architects, developers, city officials, and anyone interested in exploring questions surrounding public art.
  • Public Art Scrambler: At this quarterly event for public artists and professionals, we explore important questions and ideas that come up in the field. This is a chance to discuss issues in depth, and learn from and connect with a community of experts. Join the Public Art Scrambler Facebook page to join the conversation and sign up for the Scrambler e-mail list to receive notices about upcoming Scramblers.
  • Workshops: We offer workshops for both artists and communities. Our workshops can be customized based on your needs.
