Ifrah Mansour

Early-Career Artist Research + Development Grantee | $2,500

Ayayo’s Dream

Ifrah Mansour will create the piece Ayayo’s Dream. Ayayo’s Dream will bring the West Bank together to imagine an artful and environmentally conscious archway near a pedestrian and bike path near a clinic, mosque, and mall in the neighborhood. Mansour will establish community relationships, learn how the community uses the space, and the community’s environmental awareness and recycling practices. Mansour will use this learning to plan for the creation of an art installation that activates the pedestrian path and bikeway.
